Wendy began floristry at the age of 14, attending floral classes with her Mother and other family members. This was a wonderful start for her and after attending Floral College (and achieving City & Guilds) she qualified as a Florist. On receiving experience from local florists for several years she then opened her own shop in leigh-on-sea, which proved to be very successful. Due to starting a family she transferred her business to a workshop at home, where she could incorporate both family and business. With her children now grown-up, Wendy continues to work from her workshop and also offers a unique mobile florist service, providing free consultations in the comfort of your own home. Wendy specialises in bespoke arrangements for Weddings and Funerals, as well as now teaching others (picture right).
